Purpose
The Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy, referred to as the “Policy,” has been adopted by the
Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN), and is incorporated by reference into your registration agreement, setting forth the terms and conditions relating to a dispute between you and any party other than the registrar over the registration
and use of an Internet domain name registered by you. Proceedings under Section 4 of this Policy shall be conducted in accordance with the
rules for the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (Rules of Procedure), which may be
obtained at https://www.icann.org/resources/pages/policy-2012-02-25-en and the additional rules for dispute resolution.
If you own a trademark and believe that a domain that should be covered by trademark protection has been registered and is being used to unfair advantage, please contact us. There are various options available, and we will do our best to guide you through the process and assist you within our technical capabilities.
The increase in problems should be addressed by filing a complaint with the registry for domainet.al and, ultimately, by opening a legal case in a court within the territory of the Republic of Albania.
